WHERE WE START
Most of the people who end up here already understand their patterns. They've done the work. They can explain why they do what they do. Yet, in the moments that matter most, something else takes over. They react in ways that don't feel like them and end up back in the same dynamics. That's usually where our work begins.

WHAT GETS IN THE WAY
Most people aren't lacking insight: they're caught in patterns driven by the ego that operate outside of awareness. The work is learning how to interrupt the patterns that take over in real time, especially under pressure.
Sessions are active, direct, and collaborative. We track what's happening with you moment to moment, not just what you're saying, but where you lose connection with yourself. That's where the work becomes focused and where change actually happens.

IN THE ROOM
Most of the people I work with are used to being the one others rely on. They're comfortable making decisions, carrying responsibility, and figuring things out on their own. That works in a lot of areas of life. But it can also mean moving quickly past what's actually happening internally, or defaulting into control when something feels uncertain.
In the room, I'm not trying to slow you down or manage you. I'm paying attention to where you move away from yourself, especially in subtle ways that are easy to miss. When that happens, we stay with it. That's usually where something more real starts to come through.
