INTAKE SESSION

Price: $280

An intake session is 75-minutes long and focuses on understanding your therapy goals, gathering relevant history, assessing your personality type, and engaging in light treatment planning. You will also receive an orientation to the Fierce Method, including what to expect during your intensive. To maximize our time together, you'll be sent materials in advance and may be asked to complete online assessments before the session.

HALF DAY INTENSIVE

Price: $600

A Half Day Intensive consists of 3 hours of face-to-face therapy, with a 30-minute break halfway through to incorporate specialized somatic exercises tailored to your therapy package. This intensive is designed for individuals seeking focused support to address a specific challenge. It includes personalized preparation and aftercare, a blend of therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, parts work, and somatic therapy, as well as post-intensive integration resources and recommendations to support long-term progress

FULL DAY INTENSIVE

Price: $1200

A Full Day Intensive includes 6 hours of face-to-face therapy, with a 1-hour break halfway through for a meal and targeted somatic exercises designed to deepen the integration of the work, specifically tailored to the package you select. This intensive is ideal for clients looking to explore complex emotions, trauma, or limiting beliefs, offering ample time for deeper processing and lasting transformation. The session incorporates a variety of modalities, including EMDR, parts work, somatic therapy, exposure therapy, and personality theory. It also includes pre-session preparation, mid-session reflection, and aftercare resources to support ongoing progress

ADD ON OR WEEKLY SESSIONS

Price: $280

While we specialize in therapy intensives, we understand that ongoing support may be necessary. We offer weekly or biweekly sessions as an alternative to intensives or as additional support before or after your intensive. These 75-minute sessions are ideal for reinforcing progress, revisiting insights, or addressing new developments.
